I'm a senior UX design leader specializing in complex enterprise software - the kind where the organizational complexity is often as hard to navigate as the product complexity.

My strongest skill is diagnostic. In siloed organizations, the same problem gets solved repeatedly by different teams with different builds and different budgets. I identify the underlying structure across those requests and design solutions flexible enough to serve all of them, as well as anticipating requests that haven't been asked yet.

I work at the intersection of design and product strategy, balancing what users need with what the business can actually build and sustain. I know when to hold a principle firm and when to adapt it. I know how to compress a rigorous process without losing what makes it worth doing.
